Profile with conductive coating
MCC gaskets are made up of a conductive outer skin applied to an insulating core.
These products are made by double layer co-extrusion. This continuous transformation method makes it 1
possible to guarantee excellent cohesion between the sealing and the conductive materials. The seal is available
in solid and hollow round profile in continuous length, cut at length or glued into O-rings.
The conductive outer skin comprises an elastomer filled with silver, silver plated copper etc. The blinder is a
silicone or fluorosilicone in the case of usage in an aggressive environment (hydrocarbons, solvents...)
The average thickness of this conductive coating is 0.2 mm.
Avantages : cost optimization and flexible product.
