Our design department is made up of a team of highly qualified engineers to assist you in the various stages of development of your project – from the construction of your specifications to the production of your product, our EMC experts will be able to help you in choosing the right materials until the final design of your project.
In addition to their expertise and the associated technical specifications, our design office takes into consideration the definition drawings of the mechanical interfaces on which the seals will be integrated as well as the associated CAD files.
Equipped with the latest generation of equipment, allowing them to design customised 3D drawings, our design office is also able to design, with a high degree of precision, various technical elements such as the definition of the dimensions of the seals, the calculation of the rib chains, the minimum, maximum and nominal compression ratio, as well as the definition of the seal profile according to the dimensions of the groove or the type of assembly.
In addition to product definition, our engineers design the various types of tooling required to manufacture the seals, including compression, transfer and high-pressure injection moulds, extrusion dies and other vulcanisation and cutting tools. The 3D models as well as the assembly drawings are produced using the SOLIDEDGE design software.
In addition to these elements, our EMC experts are able to provide additional related services through the design of assembly tools for specific applications, such as positioning or packaging templates. They also have the possibility to plan laboratory tests (internal or external) as required in order to verify fire and temperature resistances and outgassing standards.
Since 2020, we have been offering a complete characterisation and deformulation service to support you in your innovations and developments of polymer, thermoplastic and thermoset products. Thanks to our latest-generation equipment, our material experts will be able to assist you in your research and problems and provide you with a detailed expert appraisal report within 4 to 5 weeks.
Our SEM-EDS Scanning Electron Microscope allows the inspection of the structure and chemical composition of the observed materials. This performance has enabled us to develop numerous product innovations, such as the development of our range of heat sinks with a conductivity of between 1 and 10 W/m.K.
Each year, we invest a share of our turnover in the development of our Research and Development and Production departments.
A high-tech equipment pool
With the latest generation of equipment, our production department has plenty of space dedicated to each manufacturing process.
State-of-the-art intralogistics with the acquisition of AGVs (automated guided vehicles)
Thanks to perfect synchronisation with our production units, our self-driving vehicles offer a real gain in productivity by ensuring flow-based flexibility while guaranteeing our operators an optimisation of time and logistics during the production of your products.
Our multi-material co-extrusion lines are dedicated to the extrusion of a product made of two different materials and are mainly used in the production of our range of bi-material EMC solutions. We can also produce high-precision extrusion profiles with our micro-profile lines, which can extrude diameters between 0.2 and 20 mm. Our continuous laser control technology provides access to Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis, ensuring stable products that are compliant with the specifications.
With a production rate of 200 Kg per hour, a continuous filtration and outgassing capacity, our salt bath extrusion line offers the possibility of producing high-volume products in a short time.
